The Free Group, AskLobbi, and LobbyVI

Is Vape Shop Owners Of TN free to join?

Yes. Vape Shop Owners Of TN is a free private discussion group for qualified Tennessee vape, smoke shop, hemp, wholesale, brand, and industry participants. The free-group join form is separate from AskLobbi and business-automation services.

What is AskLobbi?

AskLobbi is the business-automation call to action. It takes you to lobbivi.com, where you can learn about or request access to LobbyVI and the coordinated work built around it.

What is LobbyVI?

LobbyVI, or Lobbi Verified Intelligence, is the connected system used to organize business context, requests, reports, departments, and next actions. Its purpose is to reduce repetitive coordination and help the work around a business move as one system.

Are Vape Shop Owners Of TN and LobbyVI the same thing?

No. Vape Shop Owners Of TN is the free private discussion group. LobbyVI is the business-intelligence and automation system. A person may join the free group without purchasing or requesting business automation.

What does “remove 80% of the headaches” mean?

It is the operating goal for recurring growth and coordination work connected to the platform: marketing, reporting, intelligence, customer awareness, project follow-up, and cross-department communication. It does not mean the system replaces ownership, staff leadership, legal obligations, compliance decisions, inventory management, or every daily task.

Does the platform guarantee customers, sales, or growth?

No. The platform coordinates infrastructure, people, tools, campaigns, information, and next actions designed to create better opportunities. Results still depend on the business, market, participation, execution, timing, customer response, and approved scope.

How quickly should I expect results?

Some changes may be visible quickly, such as clearer priorities, better organization, new campaign activity, stronger creative assets, or an improved digital foundation. SEO, customer relationships, audience development, repeat engagement, market learning, and event follow-up generally build over time.

Will I be left alone with another dashboard?

The goal is the opposite. LobbyVI organizes the system, while account managers and specialized departments coordinate applicable work around the account. The exact level of human service, availability, and response time depends on the approved plan and scope.

The Four Pillars of Support

What are the Four Pillars?

The Four Pillars are Digital Presence, Physical Presence, Market Intelligence, and Industry Intelligence. Every approved capability should strengthen at least one of these areas around the participating business.

What does Digital Presence include?

Digital Presence may include website support, search visibility, SEO, digital campaigns, customer-audience development, landing pages, email, and connected online discovery. The coordination is included in the $75 monthly service. New content creation is billed separately at a discounted rate.

Will you create products to boost my Digital Presence?

Yes. We may create products designed to strengthen your Digital Presence, reach more people, and help bring customers to your physical location. When a product directly affects and supports your business, it is provided free. You will be prompted to opt in before the product is activated or connected to your business.

What does Physical Presence include?

Physical Presence may include Community Tours, approved store events, local promotion, in-person customer engagement, event materials, product or business showcases, content capture, and follow-up designed to extend the value of real-world activity.

What is Market Intelligence?

Market Intelligence is business-facing context such as customer interests, product trends, regional demand, campaign performance, event performance, audience development, and other signals that can help a business understand opportunities and make better decisions.

What is Industry Intelligence?

Industry Intelligence focuses on developments affecting the alternative-products industry, including legislation, regulation, licensing, compliance context, TheSIR alerts, enforcement developments, and other relevant industry information. Update timing varies by source and capability.

Are Market Intelligence and Industry Intelligence the same?

No. Market Intelligence helps explain customers, demand, campaigns, events, and business opportunities. Industry Intelligence helps explain industry-specific rules, risks, legislation, and developments. They are connected but serve different decisions.

Websites, Marketing, and Customer Relationships

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not automatically. An existing website may be connected, amplified, or improved when it can support the approved goals. Replacement should be considered only when the current foundation cannot reasonably support the business, customer journey, integrations, or required improvements.

Can I participate without replacing my current providers?

Yes. Keep providers, systems, and professional relationships that serve your business well. The platform is intended to coordinate and strengthen useful work, not force a business to abandon every existing relationship.

What kind of marketing is coordinated?

Applicable work may include campaign planning, customer awareness, local promotion, website activity, email, remarketing, search visibility, Community Tour promotion, and follow-up. This coordination is included in the $75 monthly service. New content creation is separately billed at a discounted rate.

Does this replace every social platform?

No. Existing social platforms can remain useful. The objective is to reduce dependence on any single outside platform by connecting the website, direct customer relationships, events, content, and other approved channels.

What is a customer audience?

A customer audience is a consent-aware group of people who have chosen to connect with the business or an approved initiative. Collection, communication, retention, and use must follow applicable consent, privacy, platform, and legal requirements.

Are paid advertising costs included?

Campaign planning and coordination are included in the $75 monthly service. Any optional money paid directly to an outside advertising platform is a campaign budget rather than an additional platform service fee and requires approval before it is spent.

Are products created to boost my business included?

Yes. Products created specifically to boost a participating business, strengthen its Digital Presence, and help bring more people to its location are free when they directly affect and support that business. The owner will be prompted to opt in before the product is activated, distributed, or connected to the business.

What are Growth Tools?

Growth Tools are approved capabilities that can be added around a participating business to improve customer experience, communication, operations, discovery, or reporting. A listed tool may be available, in development, planned, consultation-based, or dependent on a third-party provider.

Community Tours and Events

What is a Community Tour?

A Community Tour is an approved local activation designed to connect digital promotion with a real-world business location or community experience. The process generally includes review, planning, promotion, hosting, customer engagement, and follow-up. The fee is $50 per event for each participating location.

How does a store request a Community Tour?

The store submits interest and provides information about the location, goals, timing, available space, expected activities, and applicable requirements. The team reviews feasibility, availability, safety, property permission, lead time, and the proposed scope before approval.

Is every event request approved?

No. Approval depends on location suitability, timing, team and vendor availability, local requirements, insurance or permit needs, planned activities, weather considerations, and whether the event can be supported responsibly.

Does an event guarantee store traffic or sales?

No. The team can coordinate promotion, customer awareness, content, and event execution, but attendance, traffic, sales, engagement, and post-event outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Can brands, wholesalers, vendors, or food trucks participate?

They may request participation in eligible events. Opportunities, availability, operational requirements, sponsorships, space, and product-display rules require review. Each participating location is billed $50 per event.

What happens after a Community Tour?

Approved photos, video, customer connections, website activity, campaign performance, and event observations may support follow-up marketing, reporting, future planning, and a stronger understanding of what engaged the local audience.

Automation, Departments, and Account Management

What happens after I connect my business?

The team gathers the approved business context, priorities, current systems, recurring problems, assets, and goals. LobbyVI then provides a connected place for requests, reports, departmental activity, recommendations, and next actions.

Which departments may support my account?

Depending on scope, support may involve business operations, marketing, content, creative, market intelligence, industry intelligence, customer intelligence, events, technology, and professional services.

What do account managers actually do?

Account managers help maintain context, route work to the correct department, monitor applicable activity, coordinate follow-up, surface recommendations, and reduce the amount of cross-vendor and cross-department work the owner must manage personally.

What remains my responsibility?

The owner remains responsible for business decisions, staff, daily operations, legal and compliance obligations, inventory, customer service, approvals, accurate information, and acting on decisions that require owner authority.

Is everything fully automatic?

No. Automation handles appropriate recurring organization, routing, reminders, context, reporting, and connected workflows. Human review, owner approvals, creative judgment, compliance decisions, event execution, and third-party professional work still require people.

Does this include 24/7 human support?

No around-the-clock human service is promised. Availability, office hours, response expectations, priority handling, and emergency limitations depend on the approved plan and service terms.

FAQ Category

Advocacy, Associations, and Industry Campaigns

Does this replace an industry association?

No. Associations govern and advocate according to their own missions. The platform provides complementary technology, marketing, customer-reach, communication, and intelligence infrastructure. It does not replace association leadership or independence.

How can the platform support advocacy?

Approved campaigns may use participating businesses, websites, customer communication, educational content, events, and other applicable channels to increase awareness and coordinate calls to action. Every campaign requires appropriate review and scope.

What does “funded advocacy-marketing” mean?

It means money approved for a specific awareness or advocacy-marketing effort is coordinated into campaign work such as messaging, creative assets, distribution, customer education, event awareness, and calls to action. Funding, scope, recipients, reporting, and permitted activities must be defined for each effort.

Are advocacy or fundraising results guaranteed?

No. Awareness, participation, fundraising, and policy outcomes depend on the issue, message, audience, timing, partners, legal limitations, and execution. The platform can coordinate approved work but cannot promise an outcome.

Can customers be educated about issues affecting stores?

Yes, through approved, accurate, and appropriately reviewed educational content and campaigns. Customer communication should explain the issue clearly without presenting unsupported legal claims or enrolling people without appropriate consent.

Creative and Professional Support

Can I request logos, graphics, photography, or video?

Yes. Content creation requests may be submitted for review and are billed separately at a discounted rate. Availability, scope, timing, revision limits, ownership, delivery format, and price are confirmed before work begins.

Is creative work unlimited?

No. Content creation is not included in the $75 monthly service. It is separately scoped and billed at a discounted rate, with timing and revision limits confirmed before work begins.

What professional services can be coordinated?

Depending on availability and need, professional connections may include accounting, tax, legal, compliance, insurance, payments, licensing, finance, bookkeeping, branding, website, and technology support.

Are third-party professional fees included?

No. Professional services are billed separately. Introductions or coordination may be part of the platform relationship, but professional advice, filings, policies, licenses, processing, consulting, and other professional work require a separate agreement or fee.

Does information from the platform replace legal or tax advice?

No. Platform information and Industry Intelligence are provided for awareness and decision support. A qualified professional should review legal, tax, accounting, licensing, insurance, or compliance decisions.

Pricing, Value, and Savings

How much does AskLobbi business automation cost?

The contracted service is $75 per month. Events are $50 per event for each participating location. Professional services are billed separately, and content creation is billed separately at a discounted rate. The free Vape Shop Owners Of TN group remains separate and free to join.

Why does the planning page show $3,000–$10,000+ per month?

That range is an illustrative estimate of what separate website, marketing, creative, automation, intelligence, and account-coordination providers can collectively represent. It is not the price of AskLobbi, a vendor quote, or a guaranteed savings amount.

How is actual savings calculated?

Compare the business's real current or quoted provider, software, staffing, and coordination costs against the $75 monthly service, plus $50 for each event at each participating location and any separately approved professional services or discounted content creation. The result will differ for every business.

Is every service included in one price?

Everything described as part of the connected platform service is included for $75 per month under contract. Events are $50 per event, per location. Professional services are billed separately. Content creation is billed separately at a discounted rate. Products we create to boost the business are free and require opt-in.

What is the value if I already pay other providers?

The value may come from better coordination, shared context, fewer duplicated tasks, stronger follow-up, consolidated reporting, and connecting existing providers to one business direction. A good existing provider does not need to be replaced simply to participate.

FAQ Category

Onboarding, Data, and Leaving

Do I have to set everything up myself?

No. Do not worry. Your dedicated account manager will guide onboarding and set everything up for you. They will organize your priorities, connect your account, gather the approved information they need, and coordinate the appropriate teams around your business.

What should I prepare for onboarding?

Your dedicated account manager will guide the process and tell you what is needed. Be ready to provide accurate business details, locations, current goals, recurring problems, brand files, website information, current tools, provider contacts, approved content, policies, product or service information, and relevant exports. Secret credentials should be shared only through an approved secure process.

Who owns my business and customer data?

Final data ownership, controller and processor roles, permitted use, retention, exports, deletion, and portability should be defined in the applicable agreement and privacy notice. The public planning page does not create binding data terms.

How is customer consent handled?

Customer information should be collected and used only through approved, consent-aware processes that explain what the person is agreeing to receive. Applicable privacy, communication, platform, and legal requirements still apply.

What happens if I stop using the service?

Access, notice, billing, website transition, data export, retention, deletion, active campaigns, unfinished work, and reactivation should follow the approved service and offboarding terms. Those terms must be reviewed before enrollment.

Can I return later?

Potentially, subject to current availability, onboarding requirements, data status, pricing, system changes, and the reactivation policy in effect at that time.
